Does the translation need to be sworn/certified?

Depends on the insurer. Some accept standard translation; others require a sworn translator's stamp. We provide both — tell us what your insurer requires.

My insurer asks for ICD-10 codes. Can you include them?

We include ICD-10 codes as stated in the Turkish medical record. If the Turkish record doesn't include them, the hospital's medical team needs to add them — we cannot assign codes ourselves.

Can you translate Arabic-language insurance forms into Turkish for the hospital?

Yes. We also translate Arabic insurance authorisation letters and prior approval forms into Turkish for hospitals.

How long does it take?
