The UAE is not a party to the Hague Apostille Convention for documents originating in Turkey. Apostille does not finish the file. We run the Turkish chain and the UAE attestation filing; authorised service providers are the technical channel; UAE MOFA issues the attestation. Comprehensive (MOFA + mission) versus narrow (MOFA only) is chosen at application — it is not an automatic merge.

This page covers a Turkish power of attorney only. University diplomas add YÖK in Ankara after provincial attestation and before Turkish MFA. That YÖK step does not apply to a power of attorney.
